Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre assigned to Purpose/Built the design of its new strategy and corporate identity. The logo is based on a. the lanes of the Centre's swimming pool, its most important feature and b. the connection of the number "3" to sports and athletics (e.g. gold, silver, bronze; citius, altius, fortius, etc.).
The colours were selected with respect to the partnership of the City of Toronto and the University of Toronto.
